Racism and Equality

11 months since American Hip-Hop artist, George Floyd passed away from being knelt on the neck for 9 minutes and 29 seconds. 12 months ago, Breonna Taylor, shot in her appartment by police men.

Protest began all over America, desperate people shouting “Black Lives Matter” , “I can’t breathe, I can’t breathe” and “It could’ve been my son”. How hard it was to get equality for black people, some white people still didn’t listen. Everytime a black person left a store, they would tell them to stop and would examine them to see if they shop lifted. In the Netflix series, Ginny and Georgia, this is what happened to Ginny. I know that the world can’t become perfect and not all black citizens can have the full justice, but can’t loads of people do their part and make atleast all black people feel a bit of justice and a bit of trust to white people?

In addition, when I first started to support BLM I changed my profile picture to a BLM fist, I became a student counselor so I can spread all the support. Now more people in my class support black people. A small act can change somebody’s life, so get up, and do your bit because nothing is impossible until you actually try it and nothing is impossible if you think it is possible.
